The mission of Twin Cedars Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is to facilitate and achieve healing and justice for abused and neglected children by providing our core services of forensic interviewing, family advocacy, trauma focused therapy, and forensic medical exams in both Lee County using a trauma informed multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach.
In addition to our core services, Twin Cedars CAC offers resources for families with an immediate need for clothing, food, baby products, and maternity items. In 2022, we experienced an influx of families needing clothing, food, and maternity items which has caused the near depletion of the clothing closet and pantry.
Your donation will allow us to continue meeting the immediate needs of children and families by providing clothing and supplies to victims after acute forensic medical exams, to families in crisis who may have left home in a hurry, and to families who lack financial resources in their time of crisis.
